1. Acceptable Use

You may not use PromptCraft to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Limitation of Liability

PromptCraft outputs are AI-generated and provided "as is." They are not professional legal, medical, or financial advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Pro plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account page. EU customers: you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive, provided you have not already used the service. By completing checkout, you consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge this waives your 14-day cancellation right once the service is used.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your input text. AI-generated outputs are provided under a non-exclusive license for your use. We do not warrant that outputs are unique — two users may receive similar outputs. Current law does not recognize AI-generated content as automatically copyrightable.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email.
