What is PromptCraft?

PromptCraft takes any rough idea you type and turns it into a structured, optimized AI prompt. It's specifically built for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney — each model gets a prompt tuned to how it works.

How many free prompts do I get?

5 per day on the free plan. Your count resets at midnight. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited prompts.

What's the difference between prompt styles?

Detailed — comprehensive with full context and constraints.
Concise — tight and focused, every word earns its place.
Creative — open-ended with room for unexpected angles.
Technical — precise with specs, formats, and requirements.

Is my data private?

Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate prompts. We don't store your prompt inputs permanently. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings and the cancellation info is listed there. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

I need a refund.

Email support@promptcraft.app within 14 days of purchase. We'll sort it out.

The AI output doesn't seem right.

Try being more specific in your input — the more context you give, the better the prompt. You can also try a different prompt style or target LLM.

Is the content AI-generated?

Yes. All prompts are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic). Outputs are AI-generated and should be reviewed before use in professional contexts.
